Program Description
Healthy Communication in the Workplace is based on our many years of experience as leaders, managers and team members. This training will provide teams with the basic skills needed to assure positive communications between team members and clients.
We will teach staff and leaders the importance of direct and healthy communication, listening skills, speaking skills, and how to react and respond to difficult situations. We will also provide methods for documenting and communicating performance feedback.
Program Outcomes
Staff and leaders will:
- Receive intense communication training.
- Participate in short communication modules and coaching.
- Receive professional and personal growth opportunity.
The agency will:
- Obtain an agency-wide communication policy.
- Receive communication-skills evaluation language.
- Have a communication model and training which to move into the future.
