Program Description
The Leadership Institute is based on The Leadership Challenge by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Posner. We will teach five key leadership practices in a practical and creative manner:
- Challenging the Process
- Inspiring a Shared Vision
- Enabling Others to Act
- Modeling the Way
- Encouraging the Heart
Leaders will build upon their existing strengths, learn new skills and improve leadership team competencies.
Program Outcomes
Your leaders will:
- Receive a 360º leadership evaluation.
- Participate in intensive leadership development.
- Participate in leadership follow-up and coaching.
- Develop a business-based leadership project.
- Develop individual development plans to assist them in moving the agency into the future.
- Receive professional and personal growth opportunity.
The agency will:
- Receive business-based leadership projects.
- Obtain a company-wide leadership policy (developed by the leadership team).
- Receive leadership-skills evaluation language.
- Have a leadership model and training with which to move into the future.
