Program Description
We are always working to improve our clinic’s effectiveness and efficiency. It is often difficult to know how to keep the work fresh and interesting for staff and leadership. This training will offer you four work approaches to consider. We will also provide many concrete tips and suggestions that will support you in your improvement work.
Program Outcomes
Participants will leave with an ability to:
- Discuss the connection between clinic effectiveness and efficiency.
- List four efficiency improvement approaches.
- Evaluate team readiness for the work.
- Select an improvement step for a PDSA.
The agency will have:
- New ideas to energize effectiveness and efficiency work.
- A team with new energy for the work.
This session can be taught as face-to-face trainings or via Web or Video-conferencing.
