Program Description
Clinic Flow and Appointment Systems is a simulated review of your clinic facility. We use your stories about your client’s experience at your site to explore ways you can improve your flow, from the parking lot to check-out.
Your appointment system drives flow, client satisfaction, productivity and income. Allow us to assist you in decreasing your fail rate, improving face-to-face client time and increasing staff satisfaction. All of these improvements can be the result of a more efficient and effective appointment system.
Program Outcomes
Staff and leaders will:
- Receive intense client flow and appointment system training.
- Participate in site-based problem-solving.
- Receive professional coaching.
The agency will:
- Receive a list of client-flow improvement recommendations.
- Implement revisions to existing appointment system.
- Have staff trained in client-flow and appointment-system concepts.
Work on Clinic Flow can be accomplished either in a classroom setting, where several clinics come together and share ideas, or through an on-site visit to your facility with an intense focus on your team and your work.
